Q. How long it takes to deliver once I have placed my order online?
A. We will process your order within two working day (48hrs) excluding the order placed day. We will try to do our best to deliver it the soonest possible but as a standard we follow this process 🙂
Q. How I get my invoice?
A. As you place the order, the Performa Invoice will be sent to your email ID that you have mentioned during the Registration/Checkout and once the order is delivered to you, the Commercial Invoice will be sent to the same email ID.

Q. What payment methods available?
A. We are working on integrating online payment and POS (Card machine to use at the time of delivery) and currently we do have Ooredoo Money, Local Bank Transfer to QIB and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q. Why the pricing of some products are gone high time to time?
A. This is based on our suppliers for certain products but all our in-house procured products will always have the same price, unless we change the product characteristics or the brands.
Q. Can I place an order by a phone call?
A. We do not process orders by phone calls as it becomes complicated to serve you better, but we do have an official WhatsApp business number online 24/7/365 take your orders and we are able to place the order for you. So for that please drop us WhatsApp message with what products you require and with the address for the delivery as per the Qatar My Address blue plate (Building Number, Zone Number and Street Number)
